Job summary

Aventiqo in Chicago seeks a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. You will bridge stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and eCommerce teams.

You will gather requirements, maintain the backlog, support sprint planning, and ensure traceability from requirements through testing and release, enabling smooth product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in this capacity.
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog items
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ensure traceability from requirements through implementation and testing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and eCommerce teams
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and search engineering teams
