Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Rexel USA team in Sacramento, CA. You will drive sales by promoting electrical and related products, building new relationships, and expanding existing accounts.

You will collaborate with leadership to plan strategies, manage customer renewals, and provide excellent service while using digital tools and supplier resources. This full-time role offers a robust benefits package and commission-based earnings with California pay ranges.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience
• Valid Driver's License
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote and demonstrate products.
• Increase business by selling to new customers and additional products to existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan, track, and implement sales strategies and develop new markets
• Assist customers with product selection and application utilizing internal specialists and supplier reps.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Identify customer objectives to tailor solutions to their business needs
• Provide quotations and maintain communication throughout the purchasing lifecycle
• Work with management and customers to resolve payment issues promptly
