Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Yardi Software Trainer to support adoption and use of the Yardi Senior product suite. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to deliver training, develop materials, and provide ongoing support so stakeholders utilize the software effectively.

Work in a high-demand, performance-driven environment focused on scalable solutions aligned with business strategy. Travel weekly for projects and training sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering software training, SaaS preferred
• Experience with senior housing or real estate/healthcare tech is a plus
• Ability to run both virtual and in-person trainings
• Knowledge of Yardi modules is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual trainings on Yardi Senior product suite
• Develop training materials, user guides, tutorials, video lessons, FAQs
• Update materials with product changes and improvements
• Schedule trainings and monitor attendance and feedback
• Collaborate with support to resolve technical challenges
