Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Technical Writer to join the Technical Content team within Technical Services. You will create and maintain product documentation for the Intelligent Print Automation platform, working closely with Product and Product Marketing to enable customers to configure and use Vasion products.

The role requires hands-on understanding of product features and customer needs, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and precisely.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a tech writer in a software development environment.
Associate Degree in a technical field, analysis, or technical writing.
Understanding of client-server models, SaaS, and standard network protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior writers and product managers to drive documentation planning as part of GTM.
Identify documentation gaps with Support and Technical Services and ensure content accuracy.
Produce admin-level end-user documentation for SaaS features and release notes.
Apply structured authoring using concept, task, and reference topics and single-source publishing.
