Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Source to Contract Associate in the United States to support strategic sourcing for SaaS/tech clients. You will manage multiple projects from validation through contract execution, handling RFx, supplier discovery, negotiations, and bid analysis.

The role emphasizes analytics, project management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of procurement processes. It offers exposure to technology categories and client services across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and RFx development.
• Experience with eSourcing platforms (Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, Zycus) or ERP-based sourcing modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing projects from validation to contract execution.
• Lead RFx development, supplier discovery, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Develop sourcing packages and publish opportunities to suppliers.
• Analyze supplier proposals and prepare concise client recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates.
