Job summary

WNS Procurement, a Capgemini unit, is hiring a Source to Contract Associate to support client sourcing service delivery. You will manage sourcing projects from start to finish, validate requirements, publish bids, and coordinate supplier evaluations with clear communication and disciplined documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 2–3 years in procurement or sourcing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience with eSourcing tools such as Ariba or Zycus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–3 years of procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain experience
• Strong sourcing, eSourcing, RFx development and management
• Excel data analysis with pivot tables
• Familiarity with eSourcing tools: Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, Zycus

Responsibilities

• Provides sourcing services (RFx, reverse auctions, negotiations) for multiple projects
• Validate requirements, obtain data, and keep clients informed of progress
• Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing, including spend analysis and supplier discovery
• Analyze proposals, synthesize findings, and present concise client summaries
• Coordinate supplier evaluations and decision making
