Job summary

WNS is seeking an Associate for Strategic Source to Contract within Procurement Services, a remote, full-time role. You will manage simple to moderate sourcing projects, including RFx activities, supplier discovery, bid analysis, and contract-related tasks, working with a client sourcing service delivery team.

The ideal candidate brings S2C experience, negotiation skills, and strong communication, with a Bachelor’s degree and years of procurement/sourcing background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in related field and at least 6 years of experience in procurement and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic sourcing services (RFP, RFQ, RFI) to clients based on predefined service levels.
• Manage several simple and/or intermediate projects simultaneously.
• Validate requirements, perform due diligence, and obtain additional project details as needed.
• Gather and summarize bid requirements, prepare bid packages, and publish to suppliers.
