Job summary

WNS Procurement is seeking a Source to Contract Associate to join our client sourcing service team remotely. You will manage complex to simple sourcing projects, from validating requests to publishing bid packages and supplier negotiations.

This entry‑level role emphasizes data analysis, market research, and effective communication to drive client outcomes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in procurement or sourcing, familiarity with eSourcing tools, and strong negotiation and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years in procurement/sourcing/operations.
• Strong sourcing methodology and eSourcing experience.
• Excel pivot tables and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–12 sourcing projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Validate requirements and publish bid packages; track progress.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing process: data collection, market analysis, supplier discovery, RFx, bidding, negotiations, evaluations.
• Analyze proposals and present clear summaries to clients.
