Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science required.
• Experience with SaaS environments and product feedback processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to directing user support services and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely resolution and keep regional support updated on client expectations.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and engineering to feed back user insights and drive product enhancements.
• Engage with Regional CS/CX/PS teams to analyze issues for faster resolutions.
• Work with Development Teams on resolutions and look for client/product improvements.
