Job summary

Bullhorn is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join the Professional Services Team in the United States. You will work with North American customers to optimize the use of Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding, VMS, and related products.

A typical day includes leading new customer system setups, collaborating with senior consultants on enterprise implementations, and guiding clients on adoption and onboarding processes. You will report progress and help drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing SaaS client implementations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and accountability for delivering client outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the new customer system setup process for successful product implementations.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants on enterprise deployments.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Professional Services and Technical Services teams on deliverables.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing during implementations.
• Provide guidance on Bullhorn usage and onboarding, training clients.
• Report project progress, status of ongoing initiatives and capacity to the team.
