Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to own the full customer journey from initial engagement to onboarding and platform adoption. You’ll convert inbound leads and guide customers through POOL360 and related sub-platforms, ensuring configuration, training, and launch achieve long-term success.

You will qualify prospects, conduct tailored virtual demos, manage the Salesforce-led pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet ARR targets and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS sales, onboarding, implementation, or technical account management.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong training/teaching skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; CRM proficiency (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound lead inquiries via phone, email, and web channels.
• Qualify prospects to understand needs and fit for the platform.
• Conduct tailored virtual demos and presentations highlighting benefits and use cases.
• Manage the sales pipeline and document key interactions in CRM.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and ARR goals.
• Lead onboarding and configuration across POOL360 and integrations.
• Develop training sessions and materials for customers.
• Track activation metrics and adoption during onboarding.
• Transition customers to the support team after implementation.
