Job summary

Epic is seeking a Security Operations Technician for its Hosting SOC to protect Epic's SaaS infrastructure. You will identify security events, coordinate investigations, and help implement long-term security improvements across multiple teams.

Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed and you will work on a campus-focused SOC with strong emphasis on threat detection and response. You’ll contribute to policy adherence, stay current on threats, and participate in ongoing enhancements to security

Qualifications

• Experience with security monitoring and incident response.
• Familiarity with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, application whitelisting, and data loss prevention.
• Scripting in PowerShell is helpful.
• Certifications such as GSEC, SSCP, ECSA, Security+ are a plus.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is reimbursed.
