Tekion is a fast-growing, cloud-native automotive platform disrupting a 50-year-old industry. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II with a strong sales recruitment background to attract top talent for Tekion’s global teams.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, lead high-impact sourcing strategies, and partner with executive leadership to shape our employment brand and culture. This role requires comfort with fast-paced environments, remote collaboration, and tight hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in recruitment and sourcing for Sales and related roles.
• Experience recruiting for a fast-paced technology software or tech company.
• Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment and AI-assisted sourcing.
• Comfortable leading team interviews and being on camera.
• Strong Boolean search skills and LinkedIn usage.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting across the organization.
• Passive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing.
• Interviewing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring teams.
• Managing offers and onboarding processes with Greenhouse.
• Developing employment branding strategy with executives.
