Job summary

Tekion is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to build and lead recruiting for sales and related roles as the company scales. You will partner with executive leadership to craft an employment branding strategy and manage the full recruiting lifecycle across teams.

You will drive sourcing strategies, participate in interviews, and own relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruitment and sourcing for Sales and Sales related roles.
• Experience with fast paced technology software company and supporting sales.
• Strong experience in full cycle recruitment and AI sourcing.
• Comfortable with team interviews and being on camera.
• Strong Boolean searching and LinkedIn usage.
• Track record of meeting metrics and deadlines.
• Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness.
• Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Ashby is desired.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting; passive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate hiring teams, offers and onboarding using Greenhouse.
• Partner with Executive Leadership to shape Employment Branding and TA footprint online.
• Build team structures and identify the right fit for open roles.
• Represent Tekion and welcome new hires on their employee journey.
• Ambassador at recruitment events as needed.
• Manage interview processes, assignments, and interviewer readiness.
• Oversee hiring plan and pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Develop external recruitment channels such as job fairs and conferences.

SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner II will set the vision to attract, recruit, and retain the best people to join Tekion's team across all functions and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for building a strong and unique company culture, loves interacting with different types of personalities, is business focused and is comfortable working with budgets and forecasts. You will be instrumental in building out the team in a period of high growth and, in doing so, working cross functionally with senior leadership across the organization.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is full-cycle recruiting; passive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, ensuring all active participants use Greenhouse, coordinating hiring teams, offers and onboarding
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership team in developing our Employment Branding Strategy and establishing our Talent Acquisition Footprint via the internet
• Help to build team structures, understanding the “right fit” in candidates and sourcing the very best talent to fill open positions
• Understand our brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassador for Tekion and a welcoming first touchpoint to all new hires on their “employee journey” with us
• Serve as the primary ambassador for Tekion at recruitment events if needed
• Work to craft and manage interview processes for each role, coordinating interviews, preparing interviewers and managing required assignments / exercises
• Manage hiring plan and pipeline in conjunction with other functional teams
• Develop and manage externally facing recruitment channels such as job fairs, conferences and other events / channels to promote new and exciting opportunities as needed
• Occasionally manage Talent Acquisition Search firms as needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recruitment and sourcing for Sales and Sales related roles.
• Experience working with a fast paced technology software of tech company and supporting various aspects of sales related roles.
• Strong experience in working with leaders and executing full cycle recruitment and utilization of sourcing and AI strategies.
• Comfortable with teams interviews and being on camera
• Strong sourcing to do complex searches and AI skills
• Track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and meeting deadlines
• Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness
• Strong organization, project management, and communication skills
• Experience working with Ashby is desired
• Strong experience with Boolean searching and LinkedIn usage
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships
• A “can do” attitude and the ability work as part of a team
• Comfort with accountability and ability to absorb feedback and engage in self-improvement
