Job summary

Banyan Software, through its ASI subsidiary, seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead new-business SaaS sales in the community-banking market. You will hunt opportunities, coach hunters, and build a credible, accountable sales culture with strong executive relationships across Midwest or Southeast banks.

This remote-first role requires 20–25% travel, with a base salary of $130K–$150K plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Proven success as a new-business SaaS hunter in banking technology or fintech.
Experience coaching and training hunter teams to improve results.
Ability to build executive-level relationships with bank executives and influencers.
Track record of improving prospecting, pipeline, and closing performance.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of SaaS sales professionals targeting community banks.
Create an accountable sales culture with disciplined prospecting and pipeline creation.
Coach reps through live deals, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, bankers, and referral partners.
Develop territory plans and outreach campaigns to win opportunities.
