Job summary

Teamtailor in Chicago is offering a Sales Operations Internship for Fall 2026. You will maintain Salesforce CRM data, clean records, and use Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data that supports the sales team.

You will engage in light outbound outreach including calls and emails, and contribute to discovery surveys to identify qualified accounts. You will collaborate with experienced reps to learn SaaS workflows, pipeline management, and prospect qualification while taking on ad-hoc projects to

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication (written and verbal).
• Availability to work Tue/Wed/Thu at our North American headquarters near Clark & Adams.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CRM data quality by reviewing, analyzing, and cleaning records in Salesforce.
• Use Excel and Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and cross-check data to support sales initiatives.
• Support the sales team with outbound outreach, including warm and occasional cold calls and email follow-ups.
• Conduct short surveys or discovery outreach to identify qualified accounts for follow-up.
• Collaborate with experienced sales reps to learn SaaS sales workflows and pipeline management.
• Take on ad-hoc projects related to sales operations and process improvement.
