This paid internship (40 hours/week) is ideal for a detail-oriented student seeking real-world SaaS experience at a North American headquarters location near Clark & Adams in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or university; major in Business, Marketing, CS or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CRM data quality in Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounts, contacts, and leads.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets to organize and analyze data for sales initiatives.
• Support sales team with light outbound outreach, including calls and emails.
• Conduct short surveys or discovery outreach to identify target accounts.
