Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Junior Sales Operations/Marketing intern in Denver to assist with change orders, Salesforce audits, and database cleanup. You will support inbound lead reviews, prospecting, and generate new leads while helping prepare quotes, proposals, and client materials.

You will pull data, review invoices, and organize client information, sales tasks, and recap decks. You will participate in competitive research and ongoing teach-outs to develop workforce and career skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Sales Management, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Psychology or related field.
• Proven ability to think creatively and implement ideas from start to finish.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Hunger to learn and collaborate with teammates.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage tight deadlines.
• Motivated and excited to begin a career in data-driven Sales.
• Must live in the United States.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to work hybrid in Denver, Colorado, three days per week in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Assist with change orders, Salesforce audits, and database cleanup.
• Support inbound lead reviews and outbound prospecting.
• Generate new leads.
• Provide research assistance and note-taking during SAR sales calls.
• Aid in building quotes, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Assist in pulling data and reviewing invoices.
• Help organize client information, sales cycle tasks, and recap decks.
• Conduct competitive landscape research.
• Participate in administrative tasks, event setup, and project coordination.
• Participate in ongoing teach-outs to build workforce and career skills.
• Contribute to Ibotta business initiatives while upholding the company’s Core Values.
