Job summary

Smartly is offering a Fall 2026 Revenue Operations Intern program in Chicago. You will support go-to-market reporting, analyze sales data, and help improve data quality across Salesforce and revenue tools while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.

Ideal candidates are rising seniors or recent graduates in business, finance, economics, or data analytics, with strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• Full-time rising senior or recent graduate from a four-year college/university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, IS, or related field.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analyzing data.
• Familiar with Salesforce/Tableau—preferred but not required.
• Analytical, curious, and able to approach problems logically.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator across teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring reporting and dashboard updates for go-to-market teams.
• Analyze sales activity, pipeline, and business-performance data.
• Maintain and improve data quality within Salesforce and other revenue tools.
• Assist with data audits, cleanup projects, and process documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from internal stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operational processes.
• Create presentations and summaries that turn data into clear business insights.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
