NetDocuments is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage a B2B renewal portfolio and protect our subscription-based revenue. You will forecast renewals, build quotes in Salesforce, and collaborate with the Renewals and Customer Success teams to maximize value for customers and the company.

The role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative team, with a focus on meeting renewal quotas and delivering exceptional service while leveraging CRM tools and pricing knowledge.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of prior experience in SaaS Renewals, Customer Success, or related roles
• 3+ years of Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
• Strong numeracy and MS Excel skills

Mansioni

• Own a B2B Renewal portfolio and maximize recurring revenue
• Meet and exceed quarterly renewal quotas
• Forecast renewal portfolio with explanation to manager
• Build quotes, reprice, upsell/cross-sell and manage renewals in Salesforce
• Establish cyclical renewal relationships with customers
• Educate customers on NetDocuments products, pricing and contract terms
