Job summary

NetDocuments is seeking a highly skilled Renewal Specialist to join our Customer Success Renewals Department in Lehi, Utah. You will protect recurring revenue, grow annual contract value, and deliver world-class service to help customers succeed with our subscription-based products.

You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, using Salesforce.com and Gainsight to forecast renewals, build quotes, upsell, and coordinate with internal teams to meet renewal targets and drive customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
8+ years of SaaS Renewals, Customer Success, or related roles.
5+ years of Salesforce.com experience; Gainsight a plus.
Strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Own a B2B Renewal portfolio to maximize recurring revenue.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal quotas.
Forecast renewal portfolio with explanation to managers and executives.
Use Salesforce.com and other systems to build quotes, reprice, upsell/cross-sell, and manage renewals.
Establish cyclical renewal relationships with customers.
Educate customers on products, pricing, terms and renewals.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve mutually desired outcomes.
