Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, relationship management, customer success, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven strong relationships and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to help clients effectively use the WorkMarket platform.
• Monitor account activity and client engagement to identify concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve client issues by partnering with Product, Implementation, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and work with internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of WorkMarket products, features, and industry trends to better support clients.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate account records and action plans.
