Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Revenue Operations - Product & Services Analyst to lead analytics across the SaaS portfolio, services, and FinOps. You will establish KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks to measure product health and profitability, connecting operational, commercial, and financial data for leadership insights.

You will drive analytics to optimize investments, cloud costs, and overall economics of the SaaS offerings, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Services, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building analytics frameworks for SaaS products.
• Ability to connect operational, commercial, and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an analytics framework measuring health and performance of Cloud SaaS products and services.
• Analyze SaaS product metrics including ARR, revenue growth, gross margin, retention, expansion, usage, bookings, ASP, discounting, and profitability.
• Evaluate engineering investments against revenue growth and product maturity.
• Establish data definitions, calculation methodologies, data sources, and ownership for KPIs.
• Establish internal and external benchmarks for SaaS performance.
