Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to lead analytics across the SaaS portfolio, professional services, and FinOps. The role partners with finance, engineering, and product to define KPIs, benchmarks, and value drivers.

You will own dashboards in Power BI, analyze ARR, gross margin, bookings, and cost-to-serve, and drive opportunities to optimize cloud spend and portfolio profitability. Requires US work authorization and 3–5 years in SaaS/FinOps.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years of similar experience ideally in SaaS or FinOps environments.
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with Data Visualization (Power BI preferred; must be able to build own dashboards).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must reside in the United States and have valid Work Authorization for US (There will be no sponsorship offered for this role)

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics framework to measure health and performance of Cloud SaaS products and services.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, benchmarks, and reporting for operational, commercial, and financial performance.
• Analyze SaaS product metrics: ARR, revenue growth, gross margin, adoption, retention, bookings, ASP, discounts, profitability.
• Assess Engineering-to-Revenue investment metrics to align resources with revenue growth and product health.
• Govern KPI definitions, data sources, and reporting across teams.
