Job summary

Versapay is seeking a senior leader to oversee revenue and accounting operations in a remote US-based role. You will own ASC 606 revenue recognition, manage O2C processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize forecasting, ARR/MRR metrics, and cash flow.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, aligning billing and revenue data with forecasts, and driving scalable financial operations across ERP and billing platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, and Payfac/ISO.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in revenue and accounting operations, with leadership in SaaS.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription billing, ARR/MRR, and deferred revenue.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems (e.g., NetSuite Suitebilling, Payfac, ISO).
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn large datasets into insights.
• Proven success scaling teams and systems in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of ASC 606.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and collaboration across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition and advise on contract modifications.
• Partner with Data Analytics to align billing and revenue with forecasts and cash flow.
• Lead system integrations to improve data integrity and scalability.
• Mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and RevOps.
