Responsibilities

• Collect and organize customer feedback.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and discovery sessions.
• Document user needs and enhancement requests.
• Create user stories and requirements documentation.
• Maintain product release notes.
• Assist with backlog management.
• Support testing and validation activities.
• Track enhancement requests and product issues.
• Help develop product collateral and feature sheets.
• Support proposal and RFP responses.
• Assist with demonstration preparation.
• Track competitors and industry trends.
• Research emerging technologies and features.
• Maintain competitive intelligence information.
