Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred or substantial relevant experience.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in enterprise software.
• Experience documenting user stories, use cases, and business requirements for B2B apps.
• Knowledge of SDLC in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Refine and prioritize high level business scope for strategic software projects.
• Perform research, engage stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Create features with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process models, workflow diagrams to illustrate processes.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, Engineering, QA.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog; refine user stories.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Act as liaison between development and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to internal teams.
• Review work during development to validate alignment with requirements.
