Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Senior Software Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical requirements. You will collaborate with Product Leadership to translate requirements into actionable specs for the Delivery Team, shaping work into valuable increments and making informed trade-off decisions.

In this role, you will manage the backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with stakeholders while driving continuous improvement of processes and methods.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Front-end development exposure and collaboration with UX Designers/Researchers.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, analyze, and track business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and order the team backlog based on goals, value, risk, and learning needs.
• Split work into small, testable increments with delivery team.
• Accept completed work from a product/value perspective against criteria.
• Collaborate with Delivery Team, Product Manager, and stakeholders to stay aligned.
