Job summary

Apexon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams for end-to-end product delivery. You will translate business needs into actionable product requirements and own the product backlog while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with US-based clients, facilitate workshops, define roadmaps, and ensure acceptance criteria are clear. Strong BA experience and agile tooling proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience with US clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements elicitation and management.
• Product backlog planning and backlog prioritization.
• Experience defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Documentation of BRDs, FRDs, functional specs, workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with US clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and product objectives.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and product discovery sessions.
• Define product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and business process modeling.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, workflows and process docs.
• Work with development, architecture, QA, and business teams during delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support SIT, UAT, and production validation.
