Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities to bridge business needs and technical requirements. You will collaborate with Product Leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable specifications for the Delivery Team, and you will prioritize and refine the backlog to deliver valuable increments.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, ensure alignment, and guide delivery decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field and seven or more years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, or product ownership.
HS/GED and eleven or more years experience in product delivery, business analysis, or product ownership.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, analyze, and track business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Own, maintain, and order the team backlog based on product goals and customer value.
Translate product goals and features into understandable outcomes and increments.
Collaborate with Delivery Team to split work into small, testable increments.
