Job summary

Nscale is seeking a hands-on Operations and Data Engineer for SaaS procurement, responsible for contract administration, vendor management, and software asset analysis across 150+ vendors. You’ll own invoice processing, POs in NetSuite, and help keep the portfolio accurate as it grows.

You’ll work with SOX controls, reconcile usage data with license counts, support renewals with data-driven insights, and help build scalable processes in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in procurement operations or IT asset management.
• Experience with invoices, POs, and disputes.
• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Structured, self-directed with ability to build processes.

Responsibilities

• Contract and Transaction Administration: manage post-signature contracts, redlines, renewal dates, and PO creation in NetSuite.
• Software Asset Management: inventory licensed/used assets, reconcile license counts with usage data and Okta; manage license compliance risks.
• Renewal Support: deliver utilization and billing findings to inform renewal negotiations.
