Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced procurement operations specialist to own the SaaS contract and transaction lifecycle. You will manage post-signature contracts, PO creation in NetSuite, and invoice matching to keep our portfolio accurate and renewal-ready.

You will build a system of record for software assets, reconcile usage data with license counts, support SOX controls, and provide early utilization insights to inform renewal negotiations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in procurement operations, IT asset management, vendor management, or similar role.
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, disputes, and data reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP/procure-to-pay system.
• Organized, self-directed and able to build processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-signature contract administration, track redlines, maintain repository, and monitor key dates.
• Create and manage purchase orders for SaaS spend in NetSuite or equivalent system.
• Own invoice receipting and three-way matching; investigate discrepancies.
• Resolve billing disputes directly with vendors, including overcharges and proration errors.
• Build and maintain inventory of licensed, deployed, and used software.
