Job summary

NetSuite is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support the review, preparation, approval, and signing of professional services contracts. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure timely, compliant agreements that meet Oracle NetSuite and customer needs.

The role involves drafting, negotiating, and finalizing templates, managing high-volume reviews, and guiding deal structuring with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five or more years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating professional services or consulting contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and finalize professional services agreements, statements of work, and change orders.
• Manage contracts through reviews and approvals and coordinate signatures.
• Assist with deal structuring and provide guidance on contract requirements and policies.
• Investigate contract escalations and balance priorities to meet deadlines.
• Support template development and process improvements.
