Restaurant365 in Colorado is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer onboarding projects in mid-market and select enterprise segments. You’ll ensure implementations are on time, within scope, and aligned with R365’s quality standards.

Collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Solutions Architects, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, manage risks, and deliver a smooth onboarding journey. Strong PM experience with modern PM tools is a plus.

Competenze

• 3+ years of project management in SaaS or professional services.
• Proven success leading customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage complex projects.

Mansioni

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Plan and coordinate resources to achieve milestones.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and establish clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Track and report progress using PM tools and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify risks early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them before impact.
• Maintain accurate project documentation for internal and customer reference.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Architecture, Product, and Support.
• Contribute to delivery process improvements and playbook refinement.
