Restaurant365 seeks a Senior Manager of Project Management to lead a high-performing team delivering onboarding experiences for mid-market and enterprise SaaS clients. You’ll drive governance, optimize throughput, and partner with cross-functional teams to align delivery with business goals.

The role requires extensive PM leadership, strong executive communication, and a focus on metrics like CSAT, TTFV, and utilization to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management or delivery experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing Project Managers or Delivery Leads.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists.
• Oversee project performance across a portfolio of SaaS implementations to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Manage resource allocation and governance frameworks to drive scalable delivery.
