Job summary

Serrala is seeking an Onboarding Manager in Chicago (hybrid) to lead customer onboarding of cloud Collections and Credit Management solutions. You will manage end-to-end projects, from preparation to go-live and hypercare, documenting configurations and coordinating user trainings.

Strong SaaS experience and finance-process knowledge are highly valued. You will interface with Product, Development, and QA, run workshops, and drive high-quality project delivery, enabling a smooth handover to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT, SaaS, software implementation, onboarding, or consulting environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience managing or supporting customer implementation and onboarding projects.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AR, Collections, Credit Management, Dispute Management, Cash Application, or related finance processes is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud-based implementations is preferred.
• Experience with APIs, interfaces, integrations, and data exchange is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP finance systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and onboard customers to Serrala cloud Collections and Credit solutions.
• Gather business and technical requirements with customer stakeholders.
• Configure customer cloud tenants and solution settings.
• Support interfaces, data exchange, and testing activities.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation.
• Deliver user training and support customers through the UAT.
• Perform go-live and hypercare activities to ensure a smooth transition to production.
• Collaborate with customer teams and internal stakeholders to achieve implementations.
