Job summary

CD Newco LLC d/b/a Curve Dental in Provo, Utah, is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to manage client onboarding for Curve Hero Dental Practice Management software. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (data services, training, support), drive projects on scope, time and budget, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Project/Implementation Management, leading software implementation projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially phone and email.
Experience with software in a SaaS environment is an asset.
Familiarity with JIRA, Netsuite, Windows and Mac OS.
Understanding of enterprise software deployment and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and plan implementations accordingly.
Set and manage client expectations with clear project plans, deliverables and timelines.
Track progress across multiple concurrent client implementations.
Coordinate client training, data conversion, and set-up requirements with internal teams.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and obtain client signoffs on deliverables.
