Job summary

Addison Group in Coppell, TX is seeking a Technical Project Manager to help new customers start using our AP automation platform. You will work with customers to understand needs, configure the system, and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

You will manage project timelines, answer questions, and collaborate with the customer’s IT team and our internal developers to resolve technical issues and drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Technical Project Management experience, ideally with SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong communication and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and coordinate with the customer IT teams and internal developers to resolve technical issues.
• Set up client systems for the AP automation platform and ensure smooth go-live.
• Answer questions and ensure project milestones are met.
