Job summary

ePayPolicy in Austin, TX is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customer onboarding and product implementations, delivering best-in-class onboarding experiences for a growing customer base.

You will work with Sales, Product, Support, Integrations and Account Management to ensure seamless handoffs and durable customer adoption of the digital payments platform. The role requires 3+ years in onboarding/PM, CRM/ERP tooling, and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onboarding, implementation, or technical project management in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Experience with large enterprise accounts and Insurtech knowledge is a big plus.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Strong ability to learn applications and business rules for integrations with customer systems.
• Excellent customer focus, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate project lifecycle ownership to deliver successful onboarding experiences.
• Guide customers through account setup and software implementation to enable self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Support, Integrations and Account Management for smooth handoffs.
• Regularly communicate progress and escalate issues with urgency to resolve delays.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel and ensure timely deliverables.
• Document onboarding projects clearly and present progress to leadership.
• Develop and improve onboarding playbooks to reduce internal inefficiencies.
• Track metrics to evaluate onboarding success and inform operational changes.
• Liaise with dev & product teams to align customer needs with priorities.
