Luma Health, Inc. in New York seeks a highly organized Project Manager to spearhead end-to-end implementations on the Delivery team. You will serve as the primary customer liaison during onboarding, guiding projects from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live support.

You'll collaborate with Solution Consultants and Technical teams to ensure value-driven solutions meet customer goals, manage risks, and align stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong communication with technical and business audiences.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Serve as main customer liaison and stakeholder champion.
• Partner with Solution Consultants and Technical teams while not leading design.
• Drive regular status updates and risk escalation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
