You will coordinate with Solution Consultants and cross-functional teams, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications, and drive value-driven outcomes without stepping into solution design. Candidates bring a track record in complex enterprise deployments, exceptional communication, and the ability to juggle multiple

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project owner and main customer liaison from kickoff through post-go-live support.
• Partner with Solution Consultants and Technical teams to ensure the customer receives a solution aligned with their business needs.
• Manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and risks for on-time, high-quality delivery of the Luma platform.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across internal teams and customer organizations.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers and provide regular status updates and reporting.
• Lead project meetings and customer touchpoints to build strong relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Champion delivery process improvements and evolve project management frameworks for scalable success.
• Ensure alignment with standard methodologies, delivery processes, and documentation protocols.
