Job summary

Luma Health, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our Delivery team. You will be the central contact for customers during implementation, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with Solution Consultants and technical teams to deliver value-driven, scalable solutions.

Your focus is on timelines, resources, risks, and cross-functional communication from kickoff to go-live and beyond, building relationships across executive to operational levels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise implementations.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience guiding projects in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and clarity.
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery lifecycles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project owner and main liaison from kickoff through post-go-live.
• Partner with Solution Consultants and Technical teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
• Identify blockers, elevate issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Evolve delivery processes to enable scalable, repeatable success.
• Ensure alignment with standard methodologies and documentation.
