Job summary

BizzyCar in Missouri is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist to lead customer onboarding, manage the technical setup, and handle initial integration configuration for new customers, with go-live within a few days to three weeks.

You’ll collaborate with customers, the Customer Success team, DMS and scheduling tool vendors, and Sales to ensure accurate onboarding, configuration, integration, testing, and a smooth handoff after setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical onboarding, implementation, or IT support in SaaS/auto tech.
• Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with DMS or automotive CRM systems is a plus.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple setups in parallel.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact during the implementation phase for new customers.
• Facilitate kickoff calls and own all follow-ups to complete setup.
• Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations.
• Troubleshoot initial scheduling errors.
• Update configurations and data via The Hive back-end.
• Schedule test appointments and conduct pre-launch checks.
• Maintain proactive timelines and deliverables communications.
• Document setup procedures for internal knowledge bases.
• Provide smooth handoff to Customer Success after setup, with a detailed config summary.
