Job summary

BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist on the Implementation Team to drive a customer’s successful start with BizzyCar.

You’ll manage the technical setup, run kickoff calls, and own the initial configuration for new customers, ensuring a go-live within days to weeks. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, DMS and scheduling tool vendors, and Sales to onboard, configure, integrate, and verify setups, document procedures, and hand off smoothly to ensure a positive post-launch

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or an IT support role, preferably in a SaaS or automotive tech environment.
• Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus.
• Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple setup projects in parallel.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, initial point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers.
• Facilitate the initial customer Kickoff call and own all follow ups to continue the setup process.
• Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations.
• Troubleshoot any initial scheduling errors.
• Update configurations.
• Process historical data via BizzyCar’s back-end, The Hive.
• Schedule test appointments and facilitate pre-launch checks.
• Launch rooftops to allow for BizzyCar outreach to begin.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with new customers on timelines, deliverables, and next steps throughout the setup process.
• Document setup procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-setup, including a detailed configuration summary.
