Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist to drive a customer’s successful start with BizzyCar. You will manage the technical setup, kickoff calls, and initial integration configurations, ensuring customers are up and running within days to weeks.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, DMS/Scheduling vendors, and Sales to onboard, configure, integrate, and verify go-live. You’ll own the implementation process, coordinate API/configuration work, and document procedures to aid knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical onboarding/implementation/PM or IT support role, preferably SaaS or automotive tech.
• Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple setup projects in parallel.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, initial contact during the implementation phase for new customers.
• Facilitate the kickoff call and own follow-ups to continue setup.
• Connect each customer’s DMS and Scheduler tool integrations.
• Troubleshoot initial scheduling errors.
• Update configurations and process historical data via BizzyCar’s back-end, The Hive.
• Schedule test appointments and assist pre-launch checks.
• Launch rooftops to commence BizzyCar outreach.
• Maintain proactive updates on timelines and deliverables.
• Document setup procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success post-setup with a detailed configuration summary.
