Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a Technical Setup Specialist to lead the onboarding and technical integration for new customers. You will manage kickoff calls, configure and integrate DMS and scheduling tools, troubleshoot initial issues, and ensure a smooth go-live within days to three weeks.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, DMS vendors, Scheduling tool providers, and Sales to ensure accurate onboarding and handoff. Strong organizational skills and SaaS or automotive tech experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support.
• Experience in SaaS or automotive tech is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration workflows.
• Experience with DMS or automotive CRM is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact during implementation for new customers.
• Lead kickoff calls and drive ongoing setup follow-ups.
• Connect each customer's DMS and Scheduler tool integrations.
• Troubleshoot initial scheduling errors and update configurations.
• Process historical data via BizzyCar back-end, The Hive.
• Schedule test appointments and assist pre-launch checks.
• Maintain proactive timelines and next steps communication.
