Job summary

BizzyCar, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, seeks a Solutions & Implementation Engineer to own dealership deployments from kickoff to go-live. You will configure the product to each dealership’s systems, train staff, and serve as a calm, credible on-site presence as AI features begin automating processes at the dealership.

You’ll specialize in integrating systems via APIs/webhooks, validating data flows, and translating customer workflows into product configuration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration & configuration experience wiring a product to external systems via APIs, webhooks, or config tools.
• Troubleshooting and log diagnosis to reproduce issues, read logs, and isolate config problems from bugs.
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences.
• Implementation project management: run kickoff to go-live timelines and own stakeholders.
• Comfort validating data across systems (records, statuses, availability syncing).
• Discovery and workflow-mapping experience translating a customer's process into product configuration.
• Light scripting or SQL to query data or quick validations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end—from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure solutions to each rooftop by translating dealer workflows into product configuration.
• Validate data flow for recalls, availability, and RO data across systems before go-live.
• Train dealership staff to full adoption and manage change.
• Run the implementation like a project with timelines and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot live, reproduce issues, and write clear repro steps.
• Write runbooks and SOPs to enable repeatability for future deployments.
• Provide on-site feedback to product to improve the solution.
