Job summary
DTN is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team. You will drive onboarding, configuration, integration, testing, and training for enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions with global customers.
The role requires strong technical aptitude, customer engagement, and project management capabilities to deliver seamless customer onboarding and long-term success with DTN solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering B2B SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and platforms.
- Experience with solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and validation.
- Cross-functional collaboration with customers, architects, project managers, and technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business requirements, workflows, and objectives.
- Translate requirements into implementation designs and configuration plans.
- Configure platforms to support use cases, integrations, workflows, and data mapping.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to validate implementation quality.
- Lead implementation plans aligned to goals and timelines.
- Create implementation documentation, best practices, and training materials.
- Collaborate on migrations, adoption, and change management.
