Comply365 is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role drives customer implementations, configuration, and training for our SaaS solutions, ensuring successful adoption and value realization.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable tailoring solutions to complex business needs, with travel to support international deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally, roughly one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live.
• Understand customer needs and define solutions using our SaaS platform.
• Configure the system based on requirements and best practices.
• Deliver customer training and enablement for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and other teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation and customer experience.
