Qualifications

• 2+ years customer-facing experience within the software industry.
• 1+ years SaaS implementation experience, highly preferred.
• Experience in Construction, Financial Services, and/or Payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer implementation processes for successful delivery.
• Configure systems and run user training sessions.
• Track project timelines and hold clients accountable.
